Esta es mi receta para el reto de La Marquesa de Paraberes y aprovechando la temporada de ciruelas claudia, he preparado una mermelada que quita "el sentío", aromatizada con anís estrellado y canela.
Muy rica, espero que os guste.
Ingredientes:
Un kgr de ciruelas claudias
un limón
200 gr de azúcar blanca
200 gr de azúcar de caña
2 anises estrellados
1/2 ramita de canela
Preparación:
Lavar bien las ciruelas, secarlas, partirlas en trozos sin pelar y quitar los huesos.
Poner en una cazuela todos los ingredientes, las ciruelas, el zumo de limón, el azúcar, el anís estrellado y la canela y cocer a fuego medio moviendo de vez en cuando durante 30 minutos.
Sacamos la canela y los anises estrellados y pasamos por la batidora y repartimos en botes de cristal (que tendremos esterilizados).
En el fondo de una cazuela ponemos una bayeta, encima colocamos los botes de mermelada cerrados y cubrimos con agua hasta una altura que falte un dedo del borde de los botes, los tenemos hirviendo durante 20 minutos dejando después enfriar dentro del agua.
